Will my dog chew it up?
It is made for chasing and pouncing, not chewing. The ETPU shell is soft and sturdy for everyday play, but a determined chewer can damage any toy. Play together and put it away afterwards.
Is a ball with a battery safe for my dog?
The battery is built in and charged only through the included USB-C cable (max 5V/1A). Supervise play, and take it away from a dog that starts chewing it.
Which dogs is it right for?
Small, medium and large dogs who love to chase. At 6.5 cm (2.55 in) it is about the size of a tennis ball. Start with Gentle Bounce or Roll for small or cautious dogs, and supervise play with big dogs that like to chew.
Is it noisy? Will it scratch my floors?
No. The low-noise motor and the soft ETPU shell keep it quiet and gentle on floors and furniture.
What if my dog is scared of it?
Let them sniff it while it is off, then start with Gentle Bounce or Roll. Give it a few short sessions.
Do I need an app?
No app and no pairing. Everything runs from the remote in the box.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 3 hours of play per charge, and about 1.5 hours to recharge over USB-C. It switches itself off after 30 minutes without play, so a charge goes further.
